Who we are

H3Gen (h3gen.io) is operated by SailorFlow LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy contact (acting as our data protection contact): support@h3gen.io.

H3Gen is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MiniMax. MiniMax and Hailuo are trademarks of their respective owners.

Data we collect

• Account data. You sign in with Google, Apple or a one-time code sent to your email. We receive your email address and, for Google or Apple, your name and profile picture. We never receive or store a password.
• Prompts and uploaded images. The text you write and the first-frame or last-frame images you upload are used to create the video you asked for.
• Generated videos. The videos we generate for you are stored in our storage and shown only to you, the account owner.
• Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the purchase record (plan or pack, amount, status). We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and error reports, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service (sign-in, generating videos, showing your results, crediting purchased plans and packs, refunding failed renders), to prevent abuse and keep the service secure, to fix errors, to understand how the site is used, to send messages about your account and your videos, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts, images or videos to train AI models.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors we need to run the service:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and storage of uploaded images and generated videos.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Google: sign-in (Google account) and website analytics (Google Analytics).
• Apple: sign-in (Apple account), if you choose it.
• Resend: delivery of sign-in codes and service emails.
• PostHog: product analytics and error tracking.
• A third-party AI video model provider: receives your prompt and any uploaded frame only to generate the video, and returns the result to us.

These providers process data on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded images and generated videos: kept while your account exists so you can open and download them, and deleted when you ask us to delete them or delete your account.
• Account data: kept while your account exists, and deleted when you delete your account, except records we must keep by law (for example, payment and tax records).

To delete videos, images or your account, email support@h3gen.io from the address linked to your account; we act within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict its processing, by emailing support@h3gen.io. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, PIPA or APPI), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for sign-in, security and your language choice, plus analytics cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog) that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Generated videos are private to the account owner. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data with reasonable measures.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify signed-in users.

Governing law and contact
