About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and SailorFlow LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, which operates H3Gen at h3gen.io (the "service"). By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Independent service

H3Gen gives you access to the MiniMax H3 video model. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MiniMax. MiniMax and Hailuo are trademarks of their respective owners.

Accounts

You sign in with Google, Apple or a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.

Credits, plans and payments

• Generating a video uses credits per second of output: 4 credits at 480p, 6 at 768p, 8 at 1080p and 10 at 2K. Clips longer than 15 seconds use twice as many credits per second. Seconds of reference video are charged at the same rate as output seconds, and the optional prompt enhancer uses 1 credit per video. The cost is shown on the Create button before you start.
• If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
• Monthly plans add credits every billing period and renew until you cancel. Yearly plans add a full year of credits at purchase and renew yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, do not renew and do not expire.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars before you pay and may include taxes where required. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Unused credit packs and unused plan periods can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@h3gen.io from the address linked to your account with the purchase date. Credits already used to generate videos are not refundable.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By starting a generation you ask us to begin performing the service right away, and you acknowledge that credits you have already used are no longer covered by the right of withdrawal. This does not limit any other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You may upload only images you own or have permission to use. You must not use the service to create or share content that:

• sexualizes minors, or is sexual content depicting a real person without their consent;
• impersonates a real person in a deceptive way, or is intended to defame, harass or defraud;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm, or is otherwise illegal.

You must not attempt to bypass usage limits, resell access, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without refunding credits used in violation.

Your content and videos

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploaded images and, to the extent the law allows, in the videos you generate. You give us permission to process them only to create and deliver the videos you ask for. You may use your videos for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rights of anyone shown in them. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected and may not be unique; review videos before you publish them and disclose AI generation where the law or a platform requires it.

Service availability

We provide the service "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every result will meet your expectations. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SailorFlow LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify signed-in users. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact
